1. The service and provider
videotrig.com provides workspaces to organize, upload, share, and view videos, as well as create and organize personal notes. The service provider is Alexandros Gkouvelis, based in Palaio Faliro, Athens 175 64, Greece, VAT No. 117955045. For contact, use info@videotrig.com. You may mark videos and notes as favorites and display them through dedicated filters. The service connects to your own YouTube account for videos and does not take ownership of your content.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password confidential, and activity performed through your account. We apply technical limits to repeated login and password-reset attempts to help protect accounts.
3. Content and YouTube
You confirm that you have the necessary rights for every video you upload. Your use of YouTube is also governed by Google and YouTube terms and policies. Private videos may not play within this application.
4. Time Capsules and sharing
You may create Time Capsules for videos and notes with a public link, scheduled opening time, and optional password. The countdown is a convenience feature and does not replace a legal or contractual deadline. A person receiving a link may forward it. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Live community and moderation
Only eligible Public videos can be published in Live. A member may report another member’s video that they consider inappropriate, harassing, infringing, or subject to a copyright concern. After more than three reports from different users, the video is temporarily removed from Live pending administrator review. We may remove, restore, or restrict Live content in accordance with these terms and our legal obligations.
6. Trial and payments
The service includes a 30-day trial for the video and notes workspaces. After it ends, an active subscription is required for new video uploads. Your notes remain available, and you can continue creating, editing, and organizing them without an active subscription. Listed subscription prices are final and include VAT. Payments and subscription management are processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions are not cancelled or refunded, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Invitations and rewards
You may invite a friend by email. A reward is granted only once for each new person who registers through the personal invitation and activates a paid subscription. A monthly plan adds 5 days and an annual plan adds 1 month to the referrer’s account. No reward is granted for self-referrals, unconfirmed, cancelled, or refunded payments. We may reverse rewards in cases of misuse or fraud.
8. Data, deletion and contact
You can download a copy of your data and export any note as PDF or for printing from your privacy settings. You can also delete your videotrig account and local data. Deletion does not remove videos from your own YouTube channel. We may restrict or terminate access for breaches of these terms or legal obligations. For questions, use the Contact form. 9. Age of use
The service is intended for users of all ages. If you are under 15, use of the service and provision of personal data must take place with the consent or under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Greek law. For disputes with users acting as consumers, mandatory protections and rights under applicable law are not limited. For any other dispute, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. Before taking legal action, you may contact info@videotrig.com to seek an amicable resolution. Consumers may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another competent alternative dispute-resolution body.
